Exchange + Return
If you don't like your product, please just contact us, maybe we can find something more suitable for you and carry out an uncomplicated exchange for you.
Otherwise, of course, you always have the option of canceling your order and returning your product within two weeks of the order date (return to: REFISHED, Sechsschimmelgasse 20, 1090 Vienna, Austria). After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase price including "shipping costs to you" (if any were to be paid). You have to bear the costs of sending the return to us yourself and we cannot reimburse you for it. Please inform us in advance by e-mail about your return request so that we know that your package is on its way to us (email@example.com). Thanks!
